Back Country Waterfowl was started 28 years ago with the hunter in mind.  Tom Neill, the owner, started hunting with his Dad at the age of 8.

After being a member in several other hunting clubs, Tom and his wife Kathy decided to start their own club.  Beginning with 1 farm and 6 members, Back Country Waterfowl has grown to over 5000 acres and up to 50 consistent members, annually.

Tom and Kathy work hand in hand with the club members to ensure that each member feels valued and appreciated.  With no pass shooting and decoy only hunting, Back Country Waterfowl has been able to provide quality hunting year after year.

​

BackCountry Waterfowl is family orientated and encourages hunters to bring their spouses and kids along to hunt, see membership page for additional costs.  An annual picnic and trap shoot brings the hunters and their families together to develop new friendships and hunting partners.  Part of what makes Back Country Waterfowl successful is our easy to read rules, on X maps and reservation system.
